Our Award Winning Training

Our services have been recognised by Government and Associated Bodies as being delivered to the very highest standards and BEST have received a series of awards and accreditations from the Matrix Standard to IIP.

The Matrix Standard is a unique quality framework awarded to BEST for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work. We received the standard in September 2009 and will hold it until September 2012

Investors in People (IIP) has grown to be the UK's leading people management business improvement standard delivering improved performance to thousands of organisations. BEST was first awarded IIP for our investment in and commitment to our people in July 2005 and we continue to develop our teams in line with the standard.

Positive about Disability: the symbol is awarded by Jobcentre Plus to employers in England, Scotland and Wales who have made a commitment to employ, retain and develop the abilities of disabled staff. BEST received the symbol in June 1993 and have retained it ever since.

The Skills Pledge is an organisation's voluntary public commitment to training its staff. BEST actively encourage and support employees to gain the skills and qualifications that will meet the needs of our business and will support their future employability.

We are proud members of the Leeds, York & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce.The Chamber seek to represent businesses in all the core policy and decision making groups across the region, to provide both a voice and a channel of information about what’s going on.
