Work Choice

This voluntary programme supports disabled people into employment.

Who is it for?

For individuals with a disability.

What does it cover?

Work Choice is tailored to meet individual needs. It will focus on helping achieve an individual’s full potential and moving them towards unsupported work.

Support is provided in three different modules including:-

1. Work Entry Support - help with personal skills and work-related advice to get you into supported or unsupported work.
2. In Work Support - help to start work and stay in your job.
3. Longer Term in work Support - help to progress in your job and where appropriate, help you move into unsupported work.
