Highly Statisfactory!
A recent evaluation of leaver questionnaires completed by learners across our centres shows 98% of customers are very satisfied with the support offered by the training staff at BEST. 84% of leavers would recommend BEST to a friend and over 90% felt advice and guidance was offered to them regarding future learning opportunities. Some of the comments gathered from these leavers include the staff being friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and helpful; there are good courses running and placement opportunities in place allowing customers to gain new skills; resources such as computers are in place to help with job search and the tutors are always available to help with this, the centres provide a supportive atmosphere in which new friends are made.

Direct Feedback

Following the recent focus groups, in which the views of customers on programme with us at the time express their views, 97% commented that they were either fairly or very satisfied with their programme. Direct feedback from these meetings includes further evidence of the support, encouragement and help provided by tutors and the usefulness of the short courses. Other comments include the satisfaction with resources and help with curriculum vitae and speculative letters and application forms. Customers also expressed the views that their confidence and motivation had been increased whilst on programme at BEST.
