QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
As well as effective IV systems and Direct Claims status in place for all qualifications. External Verifiers have commented on the robustness of the systems in place.
Curriculum development meetings are held regularly for all vocational areas and across all programmes.
Learner and employer feedback is scheduled into the Quality Improvement Activity Schedule. Questionnaires are issued to employers and learners and each centre holds centre focus groups bi-monthly. All meetings have documented minutes with actions. Each centre has a suggestion box for learners to submit suggestions for improvements ongoing.
On our Apprenticeship Programme, 95% of learners would recommend a training programme at BEST Limited to a friend. Overall percentage results for e2e show that 94.33% of learners would recommend the training to a friend. Overall 93% of learners on adult programmes stated they would recommend the course to a friend.
