HEALTH & SAFETY

The following statement is prepared in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Section 2 (3) and sets out with respect to Health, Safety and Welfare of its employees and others, the policy of BEST Limited.

The objectives of the policy are:

To promote standards of health, safety and welfare that comply fully with the terms and requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other relevant statutory regulations and approved codes of practice.

To maintain healthy and safe work places, systems, plant and methods of work and protect employees and others, visiting or working on the premises, in so far as they come into contact with foreseeable work hazards.  To provide and maintain means of access to and exit from the workplace that are, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risk to health.
