TRAIN TO GAIN

This is a service The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) aimed at businesses and the people who run them - in order that they can be more successful and profitable through better employee skills training.

Research shows that 1.3 million people go to work every day without the skills they need to do their job properly. The LSC’s aim is to ensure that by 2010 young people and adults in England have the knowledge and skills matching the best in the world and are part of a truly competitive workforce.
