No one day is the same on the shop floor at M.B. Products. We’re a family owned manufacturing company and started out life producing explosives carriers for coal mines, but since the demise of the coal industry we couldn’t afford to stand still. We diversified and now deliver a range of engineering and manufacturing solutions, making everything from wheelchair cushions for the NHS, to radio pouches for the army!

Our workforce reflects our business: small, dynamic and able to turn their hand to whatever’s thrown at them. When recently we were looking to recruit two staff members we jumped at the opportunity to take up the recruitment solutions The Junction offers.
